The St. James Senior Center offers lunches at reasonable costs, health related services, activities, free exercise facility, educational sessions and more. This would not be possible without the support of community members businesses and grants.

Activities at the Senior Center range from playing games, day trips traveling to interesting locations, creative crafting sessions, cell phone training and so much more. Safety is a major concern, so we have partnered with the St. James Police Department and the Phelps County Sheriff's Department to present Intruder Training and Self-Defense training.

One of the most requested programs in our Health-Related Services which include Footcare with an RN, Chair Massage, Chair Yoga specifically design for the Aging Population, Blood Pressure and Glucose checks with an RN, Healthy Cooking classes, First Aid and CPRF Training. Soon we will be addition additional health-related services.

Janice Cunningham served on our Board of Directors, was a huge contributor to the St. James Community, Sadly, during the COVID pandemic Janice succumbed. Our Golf Tournament is the first Friday in October annually and serves as a major fundraiser for the Senior Center. Without fundraisers, monetary donations from Community Partners/Indivi
